POSITION: OFFICE MANAGER
LOCATION: BEAVER DAM FORD
Salary: $35,000 - $50,000/based on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm/some later nights may be required

Office Manager Job Requirements:
- Previous dealership experience is required
- Must be able to balance large volume accounts
- Must be able to work independently and with a team
- Must be detail oriented, organized and be able to multitask
- Must have exceptional communication skills both written and oral
- Must be able to learn quickly, be adaptable and handle a demanding environment
- MUST have strong accounting background

The office manager must be able to:
- Prepare a monthly financial statement with dealership & manufacturer’s guidelines
- Ensure manufacturer accounts include warranty claims, rebates, interest & protection
- Manage documents, time records, vehicle deals, commissions & changes to inventory
- Maintain manufacturer co-op advertising accounts are current and accurate
- Guarantee employee files are documented & processed accurately
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations
- Maintain accounts payable & accounts receivable
- Prepare sales and payroll tax reports
